Toyota-Style Shop Floor Leadership is a complete, field-tested training program built on Toyota Production System principles. Across 11 modules and approximately 9 hours of instruction, we teach new and developing shop floor leaders how to lead safely, manage to standard, see and eliminate waste, develop their people, and drive measurable daily improvement. This isn't theory. Every framework, tool, and habit in this course is what we apply in real manufacturing environments — from safety leadership and 5S to FMDS, standardized work, and structured problem solving.
